STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
The first step is to hop a call with our team so we can get to know more about you, your situation and your property. With everything that we gather we will research your property and the current market conditions and then determine if we are the best fit for you and if your property makes sense for us.
Weather we feel we’re a good fit for each other or not you will still receive a call from our team with our findings so you can know what it would look like to work with an investor.
STEP 2: OFFER CALL
After we’ve done our deep due diligence Nick will call you back. During the call he will verify some of the basic information about your property and your situation and if there are any additional points of clarification that’s when we can iron them out. After that he will let you know what your property qualifies for and often times present several ways that we can work with you on that offer.
If we can come to an agreement on a price that makes sense for both of us we will then send a purchase contract through email or regular mail. Once it’s signed by all parties we will be headed to the next step!
STEP 3: CONTRACT & CLOSING
Now we take the fully executed attorney drawn contracts and our certified funds and open escrow with a professional title company or attorney. The title company will due a title search and present us with their findings. As soon as we can clear everything up to convey a clean title we will schedule closing!
