The first step is to hop a call with our team so we can get to know more about you, your situation and your property. With everything that we gather we will research your property and the current market conditions and then determine if we are the best fit for you and if your property makes sense for us. Whether we feel we’re a good fit for each other or not, you will still receive a call from our team with our findings so you can see what it would be like to work with an investor.
Step 2: Offer Call
After completing our due diligence, Nick will call to verify your property details, discuss your situation, and clarify any outstanding points. During the call, he’ll present what your property qualifies for and offer several potential ways we can work together. If we agree on a price that works for both of us, we’ll send a purchase contract via email or mail. Once signed by all parties, we’ll move forward to the next step, ensuring the process is smooth and straightforward.
Step 3: Contract & Closing
We take the signed contracts and certified funds to open escrow with a professional title company or attorney. The title company conducts a title search and helps clear any issues to ensure a clean title. Once ready, we’ll schedule closing! Our team will guide you every step of the way, with a dedicated point of contact throughout.
